How to Pay Rent
Make checks/money orders, etc. out to NOC Real Estate.
Online - We have a convenient online tenant portal where you will be able to pay your rent electronically. You can pay directly from your bank account utilizing routing and account number, which is free with no fees. You may also use a debit or a credit card but this method has fees.
Auto Pay - For your convenience, we offer auto pay of your rent through the online tenant portal.
Mail - If you choose to pay by mail, you can mail a personal check, certified check, or money order to be post marked on or before the due date. Mailing address is 1199 N. Memorial Dr., Ste. 282, Lancaster, OH 43130. In person drop off is not available at this address.
Emergency and Non-Emergency Maintenance
For any emergency maintenance requests, please call our office (740) 672-5745. After hours you will be prompted to make a selection that connects you with help. This is only for true emergencies such as fire, broken pipes or water leaks, lack of heat, etc.
For non-emergency requests, please use your tenant portal to submit a request. Should that be difficult you can email info@noc-re.com or call the office and leave a voicemail (do not press the selection for emergency).
Once you have portal access, utilizing the portal will net the fastest and smoothest service!
